Understanding Intuition: Insight Seventeen

To develop keen intuitive skills you must see it in real time. Keep a running log of your dreams, visions, gut feelings, impressions, and persistent messages. You can revisit your records to highlight key areas, and begin to connect the dots. You will begin to see a thread running through your experiences, and the law of cause and effect will become apparent. You will find your point of power in your experiences because you will know how one thing leads to the next, and you will be able to use that to your advantage while manifesting the reality you want.

Personal Reading: Creative Energy

Lots of inspiration and creativity entering into my life right now. I have felt a cosmic type of cleansing happening to me, my life, my spirit and the lives of the people around me. Something mystical is afoot and I am happy to invite it into my life. The weather has been the first indicator of change, with the wheel of the year turning to Spring and now all of the rain… washing us clean.

I have found myself caught in these moments of pure silence and mediation, just seeing the room that I am in, the things I surround myself with; the images I have built up around me in order to define myself. In these moments I realize that I am in need of burning away the old, throwing out the unnecessary and simplifying. I know that for me the art of letting go hold great creative potential which I am seeking to let into my life.

The nomad in me is begging to be set free and I am manifesting many wonderful things right now. I will be leaving for London in a few months which I know will be a spiritual experience in itself and I am now designing so many amazing things, bringing to life images that have lived inside of me for so long. I keep asking Spirit to send to me what I need… and as always, she is

I decided to take a peek at the cards, asking what insights the Universe could offer. I chose the Daughters of the Moon Tarot because they are so vibrant and I knew that the Goddess was seeking to speak with me:

I intuitively pulled four cards. Fours are a number of stability, sanctuary and arrival to me. When I flipped the cards over I was immediately taken in my all of the fire energy. The first card was Kali-The Awakener initing me to let go in her vibrant dance of life, destroying and casting away all negative influences. Then The Phoenix asking me to rise from the ashes of my own past, being re birthed into this new phase. The Eight of Blades being a mediation for me on balance, reminding me to keep myself free. And Mawu the Mother giving birth; the embodiment of an artist being creative… giving life.

These cards are such powerful reminders to me. I know that the more inviting I am to change, the more I take from it. Life is about dancing, dancing in the dark, dancing with life, dancing with chaos, dancing to the music and dancing to the beat of your own drum. Instead of stumbling over the beat because I am afraid, I’m going to let loose and get funky with Spirit so that my inner nomad can express everything.

Listen to Your Body, Heal Your Life

I have lately taken the time to really focus on what I am putting my energy into, what I am intending into my reality and I have been making an effort to align myself with spirit daily. The more connected I begin to feel the more spiritually cleansed and empowered I am. The expression, “Prayer is the act of asking spirit and meditation is the act of listening” has really held true for me.

I have always known that our thoughts and beliefs shape our reality. Not only do they shape the experiences we have in our daily lives, but also they shape our health. Each issue that we have in our body is a reflection of the things that we are holding in our spirit as the truth.

Working with people doing readings and working on my on health physically, mentally and spiritual has opened my eyes to many things about the nature of energy, intention and manifestation. I am baffled by how interconnected all of these things are. From this I have concluded a truth that everything is connected in one big ring, nothing is separate.

It all begins with energy; the energy of your words, your actions, you feelings, beliefs and fears. Whatever you allow to enter into your awareness on a daily bases becomes the commands that our psyche follows and whatever the psyche internalizes becomes the fabric of our reality. Whatever you energetically hold as the truth intricately weaves into existence the life that you now know.

It is interesting because you will find that this process begins in the mind and the emotions. We start to develop psychological patterns, many of which begin at a very young age (from the time you are born until you are around 5 is the key time of internalizing patterns). It is these psychological patterns that begin to weave into our energy field.

If you hold limiting and negative psychological patterns as your truth, then your health is sure to suffer. I know that I have had many experiences where this has held true. One of the most revealing was a few years ago after sustaining severe emotional and physically trauma.

That was a time of twilight for me because I was dealing with so many things at one time. I had to not only focus on my emotional health, but physically my body needed to heal and regain its strength. I worked hard to cycle out emotional debris of pain, hurt and fear. At one point I found myself covered in large inflamed bumps that ran from my spine around my side. They were extremely painful and appeared over night. I saw a doctor and discovered that I had shingles. I instantly knew that this was a physical response from my psyche trying to ride itself of toxins. The negative energy that had built within me literally bubbled to the surface.

Whenever you develop an illness, disease or any sort of physical trauma you need to instantly ask yourself, “What have I allowed into my mind and spirit?” It is when we internalize a mental/emotional pattern that it becomes part of our psyche/spirit and starts to affect the body and on a larger scale.

Your life and health is the manifestation of all the things that you hold as your personal truths. This means that you are the one in control, even if you may not feel that way. You just have to realize how much power you have and work to undo what can be a lifetime of negative manifestation.

The first step is to realize what cords your have created. Energetic cords are the things that we energetically attach ourselves to. They are the results of psychological patterns. For example: If you tend to have negative relationships, a cord has developed between you and your dysfunctional partner; which has allowed them to take your energy and in some cases you to take theirs.

This means that the underlying pattern is that you may feel unloved. Maybe you have accepted into your psyche the “truth” that you will never find someone who accepts you. In turn you may have recently developed a heart issue.

So in order to clear your life of negative lovers and your body of a broken heart, you must change the belief that you have internalized. There is an esoteric law that says, “When one thing is moved in time and space, another thing must fill its place.” So if you are to dissolve the belief that you are “unlovable”, you must then adopt a new truth.

Once you have worked with yourself, very patiently, you can rearrange your beliefs and recreate your life. This process of healing starts with a few things. The two most important that I have found are forgiveness and gratitude.

Forgiveness allows you to cut the energetic cords that may exist between you and the limiting beliefs that have over taken your life so that you can regain your power and consciously manifest. I worked extensively on forgiveness when I was healing. When the negative energy that I had taken into my spirit bubbled to the surface, I had to forgive myself for letting such negative energy into my life, and forgive the people that I thought were suppose to love me and protect me for not being able to live up to the roles that I had assigned them.

By forgiving I no longer had any expectations for others or myself that would allow guilt to build. I was able to internalize the truth that people do the best they can at any given time.

Gratitude comes after forgiveness. Gratitude is like the sunshine to the seed. If you shine your light of gratitude onto the things that you have manifested into your life then you will begin to get more of what you have. Your prosperity, health and love will all multiply.

You must be honest, patient and willing to change in order for these things to work.If you are interested in actively manifesting the life you want then I suggest keeping a journal and asking yourself these questions:

What in your life has been bothering you?

What has really been eating at you, occupying your daily thoughts?

What problems continually reoccur in your life?

What chronic health problems do you have?

Who in your life really bothers you?

What do you dislike about yourself?

Remember that people, illnesses and events are all mirrors to the things that we have accepted as our truths and internalized into our spirits. If something is chronic in your life, whether it is a person, an illness or a problem that reoccurs you have not taken the time to ask what it represents.

Some things are simple to understand. A heart problem can be that you’ve cut yourself off from love because you feel you don’t deserve it. You may never be content at your job because you are not fulfilling your desires to be creative, because you believe that you have to work “hard” to make money. Look at your life closely from a place of love, with a desire to heal and see what doesn’t feel “right”. That’s where you must start the change.

The counter question to the above questions is:

If whatever reoccurring things in your life were a metaphor for something, what would it mean to you?

Be very honest with yourself. It’s only with honestly that you can heal. By understanding the symbolic language of what is manifesting in your life you can find the truth that you have internalized and change it, so that you may manifest the life you want.

Affirm daily, “I am empowered by my personal truths. I am the master of my reality. I consciously create the life that I want with love and gratitude.”

I dream of “I Ching” and a Bat blessing

The past week has been filled with so many mysterious signs and synchronicities. I believe the change in seasons is beginning to clear away the old and cluttered energies storied in my auric field and also the “super” Full Moon recently opened up my third eye. I love the feeling of being in the zone. I have not only been extra connected intuitively, but I’ve also had a burst of creativity.

Since I have been on vacation resting and spending time being creative, it only makes sense that I would feel more opened. The universe has really been speaking to me because I feel like I am in the process of making changes. I underwent a type of rebirth last week, mentally, physically and spiritually letting go of the old and worn out. I was finally able to let go of the Winter and all the slow, dull and stuffy energies connected with it.

My first dramatic sign came in the form of a dream the other night. In the dream I was in this room filled with the softest creamy rose colored light, in an almost mediative state. I hazily remember sitting cross legged watching a board or piece of paper or some neutral surface.

As I watched I noticed that a strange symbol was forming. One line at a time it began to take shape, until finally there were three distinct lines one stacked on the other to form a square. Then instantly it was gone and another began to form, again one line after another. Three distinct black lines stacked up, but this time the bottom line had a break in the middle of it. It too disappeared and I woke up.

Confused as to what I just saw, I quickly opened my journal (which is always by the bedside) and drew out the symbols. Next to each one I wrote a question mark. These symbols meant nothing to me, yet I felt very drawn to them. Still very tired I went back to sleep. When I woke I pulled open the journal and stared at the two symbols trying to understand them and then I remembered a woman I once met who read the I Ching or Book of Change.

I immediatly googled “I Ching” to see the symbols and possibly find their meanings. I wasn’t sure what I would find or if the symbols I dreamt about were even I Ching. To my surprise the very first I Ching symbol, Symbol #1 looked exactly like the first I dreamt of. Three distinct black lines one stacked on the other in the form of a square.

This symbols is named Chi’en “Force” or “Creativity”. This symbol represents the creative potential of the universe being at your  finger tips. It belongs to people who walk the worlds between Heaven and Water. Basically it it is a sign of someone who taps  into the creative spirit of the Universe through intuition, prayer, mediation and other spiritual means.

I was filled with awe at what I found. The first symbol Chi’en was totally in synch with what I had been experiencing. How powerful to dream of this symbol without ever seeing it before. So then I looked up the next symbol. Again I had chills when I found it listed. Exactly the same as in the dream.

This symbol was titled Sun or Ground. What an extremely powerful revelation. I read that the symbol represents the maturity of seeds planted. The maturation of ideas and intentions. Signifying joyous, gentle and nurturing energy that hangs over you like an atmosphere, affecting your emotions and thoughts. It can also be laying to rest the old to make room for the new.

After reading this I was not only baffled, but chilled and moved. How powerful to receive such insight. For me to be experiencing such a turbulent time and to feel as if I was transforming on so many levels and then to receive this was totally comforting, not to mention healing.

As if this weren’t already enough for me, I recieved another message. It came to me last night. After being out all day giving things away to the thrift store (boxes and boxes of old clohtes, etc) I came home to do laundry. I load up my basket and headed to the basment of the building I live in. It was late and I knew that I was the last person to enter the building so I was trying to be quiet.

I loaded the washer and head upstairs. As I crept up the steps to my floor I noticed the shadow of a bird on the ground. I assumed it came from the window looking out into the bamboo, but then I looked up and to my surprise their was a bat flying frantic in circles around and around. Startled I ducked down and made my way into my apartment. I peeped out again to make sure it was real.

I was very confused because their wasn’t a window opened or a door and I know that I  was the last person to come in. I had went down the steps not even 5 minuts before and  their was no bat in sight. I called my neighbor and asked her to call the landlord. They  told us to open the door and window so it would eventually fly out.

my neighnor opened the window and door and then came over to tell me. Her and I  chatted for probably a minute before we went out into the hall to see how our batty visitor  was and it had disappeared. In only a few minutes it had found its way out. Gone as fast  as it came.

Instantly I felt the medicine of the bat settle into my soul. I knew that he  had mysteriously appeared to give me a sign. Part of me felt like his message was that of  transformation and learning to live by the night, learning to live by my instinctual side. And again learning to allow myself to be free.

I looked up the symbolism of a bat flying into a house… and found that it is a sign of rebirth, transformation and a sign of good luck and blessing on new ventures or possible moves. Again, spot on. I had to send a mental “thank you” to this brave creature who found a way to deliver this much needed message.

I have been feeling the need for a little clarity on my path lately and to have all of these wonderful wisdoms come to me from the Universe really eased my mind about any possible changes that may come. It also reminded me how powerful our Guides and Angels can be when we invite their insight into our lives.

Do you have any similar stories to share? Did anything enlightening happen to youduring the “super” full moon?

All the best,

Shaheen

Understanding Spirit Guides

Art by psychic artist Sharon Bosmoore http://www.findspiritpath.com

The topic of spirit guides comes up all the time in readings and emails. People always want to known whom their spirit guides are, how they can communicate with them and what they do exactly.

I’ve been contemplating doing a post about this for some time and recently I had a conversation with someone about the subject. So I decided I would give you some basic information about spirit guides. This is enough to get you started!

What are Spirit Guides?

  • A spirit guides is a discarnate entity that’s sole purpose is to aide you on your life path.  You and your guide made a soul level contract before incarnation that they would watch over, guide and protect you, as well as disperse spiritual insights and synchronicities into your life.
  • Your spirit guide has a unique understanding of you and the path that you have laid out for yourself. Often they work with you when you create your spiritual map. They have a vantage point from which they guide you because they are able to see your map clearly and they can view the “bigger” picture of our journey.
  • Your spirit guide is your souls assistant working behind the scenes. Whether you are aware of them, they constantly watch over, protect and guide you.

Does everyone have a spirit guide?

  • Absolutely everyone has a spirit guide. Some may argue that there are people who do not have guides, but as far as I have seen we all do. No matter what your religious background or beliefs are, even if you do not believe in God, you still have a guide.
  • We have a primary guide, who has incarnated at least once. The reason being is so that they have empathy about our journey here on earth. Now if you do not believe in incarnation or that whole philosophy it doesn’t negate the idea of a spirit guide. We also have a secondary guide or guides that can walk into your lives at key points bringing us more specialized guidance. For example: If you are beginning to explore a new career path and you are very passionate about it, but not very confidant you may have a secondary guide who steps in and helps you in this area. They are specialty guides.

How can I recognize the presence of my spirit guide?

  • Any time you are stressed or undergoing extreme changes in your life a spirit guide will be more dominant in your life. Their purpose is to help you with the difficult areas of your journey, so when times are tough remember that they are there.
  • It is common for people to hear their name being called, when no one is around. Usually your guides are trying to get your attention.
  • You may see flashing lights, often blue or white. Maybe even shadows or silhouettes out of the corner of your eye.
  • Reoccurring dreams, especially of a stranger whom you feel comfortable with.
  • A unique fascination with a name or geographical place, which is often connected to the name or ethnicity of your guide.
  • Some sort of reoccurring symbol. Such as numbers, letters, motifs, etc.
  • Physical sensations. Often the feeling of being touched on a shoulder or hand or someone standing near you to one side or the other.

How can I know my guides name and what they look like?

  • Most people like to know the name of their guide first. There are many ways to get the name of your guide. Basically you can ask, “What is your name?” and then wait to see which name pops into your head first, or which names stands out to you (the next person you meet, a billboard, song on the radio or it may be written on a piece of paper). You can also use a baby name book and open a page at random and select a name by pointing with your eyes closed. Or the other way is to use a name that you feel drawn to.
  • People often want to know how their guides look or what their sex is before they connect with them. My answer to this is 1) they may appear in whatever form they wish. As an animal, ball of light or a physical person. Your primary guide will typically take the form of a human. Meditation is key in finding out what they look like or you may have a dream or vision or you could ask a reader. 2) You can ask them to appear in a certain form because your guide will do whatever it takes to work with you in your comfort zone.

How can I easily speak to my guide?

  • The simplest way to speak with your guide is by talking out loud to them. Your guide will find some way to communicate back with you. This could be through symbols, visions, dreams, songs, verbal communication, feelings, television programs or other people. They will find the best way to communicate with you if you just trust.
  • Using an oracle deck is an easy and powerful way to communicate with them.
  • Write letters to them or leave little messages posted around your home or office.
  • Mediate. You can do this through a guided meditation or by simply being still for a few minutes a day.
  • Creativity and art. They are drawn to creativity and they love to inspire us. Inspiration comes from the word spirit!

A few more things

  • Angels and spirit guides are not the same. Typically your spirit guide is not a loved one who passed. These are three different types of entities.
  • Your guides have far more ability to help you when you ASK for them to help!
  • Spirit guides do not control any aspect of your life; they only offer you help and guidance. You have free will at all times. You may even ask for certain aspects of your life to be inaccessible to your guides if you like.
  • They are not all knowing. They have more insight into our life because they are watching outside of it and they can connect with our subconscious mind which is far wiser and our map.
  • Guides are never negative, harmful, pushy, controlling or frightening.
  • They know when to turn their heads if you know what I mean, but they are never truly absent.
  • They truly are your bestfriends. When you begin to connect with them, it should be more like a reunion, rather than a first encounter.

Artist Unknown (If you know who’s work this is please let me know so I can properly cite it).

This information is only a small portion of what can be written about the subject. I’ve only pulled out the basics to get you started so that you can begin working with and calling on your guides.  Once you’ve read this you can begin enriching your life by consciously connecting with them.

Please do not hesitate to ask me any questions that you may have about this subject. If there is anything that I can elaborate on or any confusion I may clear up, I would be more than happy to.  And I would love to hear any stories you may have about working with your guides. What was your first encounter like? Do you remember the first time you consciously worked with your guide?

Best wishes,
Shaheen

Monthly Tarot Card: Death March 19, 2011

Death is the traditionally the 13th card in the Major Arcana of the Tarot deck. This is one of the most feared and misunderstood cards of the deck and I often hear people say, “God I hope I don’t get the death card!” because it terrifies them. I am here to tell you that the Death card is one of the most magical, brilliant and truly spiritual cards of the Tarot.

First let me say that this card would be more appropriately titled “Transformation”. If this card is pulled it is more likely speaking of a metamorphosis, rather than a physical death. Many people fear the idea of death because they fear loss, but death is actually a strangely intimate and wise creature. Death allows us to be reborn and renewed.

Whenever I think of this card, I instantly think of the metamorphosis of a butterfly. How it changes from a less than beautiful caterpillar to something gorgeous and ephemeral. Think of yourself in this same way. It’s much easier to ride the waves of change than to fight them, and in the end there is always a treasure to be cherished.

With the card of death always comes a lesson. You have completed one phase of learning and you are now entering another. I feel that if the death card comes up you have triumphed over something difficult and it’s now time to rejoice. But death may also council you to befriend your fears before they get the better of you.

To understand this card you must take to heart the simple truths of death itself. Death has no bias, it has no favorites; death is simply a law that energy must abide by. The truth is nothing can ever be destroyed, so you have to think of death as a gatekeeper of sorts or the doorway itself.

If you get this card then you are in an extremely powerful place of change, where energies are being shifted and transmuted. This card may herald new beginnings in your life physically, mentally or spiritually. Be ready for these shifts and embrace them.

There is nothing frightening about death; from it stems a new phase of consciousness. Be open to transformation. As you transform the old, worn-out and tired parts of you are reborn into something new.

Affirmation: “I move with the cycles of divine transformation. Each change leaves me reborn; radiant and empowered.”

Reflections: What part of your life is in need of change? What parts of yourself would you like to transform?

Manifesting with Cards and “Hermes Map”

Cards, tarot and other oracle decks are wonderful tools of focus and intentions and they can be utilized as a powerful tool of manifestation. They can become a wonderful way of “mapping” out what you want to come in the future.

The cards are a great tool for manifestation because they give you a way to visualize the things that you are trying to bring into your life. The cards are at their simplest level pictures with meanings. By selecting the pictures that mean what you wish to bring into your life, you can start to truly map out your goals.

The concept of mapping out goals with the cards is an extremely powerful method that can help you to attain your dreams and manifest whatever it is that you are seeking in life. The cards are pure forms of concentrated energy and their purpose is to link up with intentions. These can be intentions that have already been laid forth, or the cards can serve as foundation stones for new goals.

The game of Mapping with the cards is basically creating, destroying, affirming and shifting energy patterns. The most essential spiritual tool that we are all here to learn is conscience manifestation and that is exactly what this method of using the cards will do.

I have found two ways of doing this.

First Method:

Begin by laying out the cards in your spread of choice, allowing the cards to fall in whatever way they wish. Interpret them looking at the meanings based on the placement and interpretation.

Now go back and look at the cards and their placement. Look at what each card means. Is it a something from the past, present or future? And is it something favorable? Do the cards that you have reflect your idea of what you want your life to be like?

If you want something to be different, then go through the deck and look through each card and find cards that speak to you… now lay them over top of the cards that you wish to “Re-route”… you are trying to create a new path on the map of your life. In essence you are sending a different energy into that specific place in your life, thus manifesting something different.

Now this isn’t only reserved to the future, that’s why you look at the past and the present in this exercise too… because you can change the energy that is associated with a past situation and a present one, even if you can’t change the events themselves.

Second Method:

The second process you can do is chose your favorite layout and instead of asking the cards a question and then laying them out you go through the deck and hand pick each card for their placement in the spread. In this way you are actually creating the map from beginning to end.

This idea of Mapping out your destiny is a form of conscience manifestation. I am constantly urging my clients to believe in their own personal power and their ability to manifest. Manifestation starts by changing your thoughts, beliefs and feelings and knowing that you alone have the power to pull into your life the things that you want and need.

The Spread: Hermes Map (Please Click this link to see the PDF of the spread layout)

I have created a spread that will help you in this journey. I have titled this spread, Hermes Map, because Hermes is the god of travel and the messenger to the gods. With this spread you will be laying out intention and giving it to the universe, thus creating a shift that allows the universe to tailor itself to your desires.

I have modeled the spreads layout after the Caput Daconis (The head of the dragon) geomancy figure because this is figure represents positive energy moving and shifting in the direction of something new.

Card One: The Spirit

This card is the essence of your goal. It represents the heart of the matter, the true energy behind what you are trying to pull toward you. Part of manifesting is understanding what gives life to something. For example: if you are trying to manifest a new home then you are in essence trying to manifest security or something along those lines.

This card should be at the heart of your goal. Strip down your desire and find out what it really is. You may even revise your goal based on this. If you are seeking $600 by Wednesday, you might actually be seeking security and not just money. This card takes some thought!

Card Two: The Keeper

This card is the energy that sees the goal through. You are asking this cards energy to keep your goal on target. You need to adapt the identity of this card as you are seeing your goal come to life.

Again you must get to the heart of the goal. If you were trying to manifest a new job your guardian may be “gratitude”, because as you see your goal of gaining a new job, you are trying to learn to be grateful for what you have.

Card Three: The Trickster

This card is about revealing your fears and insecurities behind the goal. If you want to manifest a desire successfully you must learn to be honest with yourself. Keeping negative energies locked away that may sabotage your goal is unwise to this process. You want to get the trickster energies out now so that you can move forward effortlessly.

Ask yourself, “What limiting feelings do I have about this goal? How might I sabotage this? Why can’t this possibly work?” This card is the negative nasty energies that we don’t want to face, but we know exist.

Once you’ve picked this card… Look at it for a second and then affirm that it no longer has power over you. Turn this card face down because it no longer exists in your map of manifestation. You have passed its tricky riddle and you are free to move along your path.

Card Four: The Reflection

The reflection card is basically your image of yourself after the goal has been attained. How will you feel once you have seen your goal come to life? Chose a card that really speaks to the Spirit and the Guardian and that takes back its power from the Trickster.

Card Five: The Treasure

The Treasure at the end of the map is the goal itself. You have followed the map, starting with your intention, holding the hand of your keeper and snuffing out the flame of the trickster… you have seen your reflection as you happen upon this beauty.

The Treasure is truly the manifestation of your goal. You have traveled the path keeping in mind and heart the true essence of this treasure. You have been guided by the Keeper and The Trickster, realizing the reality of your goal along the way and now you have it firmly in your hand.

This card is the manifestation of your goal. This card is your goal. So pick a card that shows your goal specifically!

Once you have laid out all of your cards, be with each one for a second time and focus on their faces. See their truth, beauty and power and take them into your being. You have laid out the map, now you are breathing life into it.

Affirm as you travel through each card that your goal is coming to life. And remember that true affirmations are in the present and you do not use the word “no” or “Not”, you would never affirm, “I no longer feel bad!” you would actually affirm, “I now feel wonderful!”

To affirm the energies of your map, ask for your personal guides and guardians to come in. Pray, write your goal on a piece of paper if you wish and tuck it away somewhere special. Light a candle. You could leave your cards out with the candle. You could even sleep with the cards under your pillow until the goal comes to pass.

The possibilities of the Hermes Map spread are endless… just have fun and add to or take away whatever you like. You may wish to change the layout of the cards to fit with another figure of geomancy. You may wish to add a new piece to the map, such as a card for the timing of your goal!

If any of you are interested in this method of manifestation and need help in the process understanding what cards to pick or how the layout works I would be more than happy to help you. We could even incorporate this in your reading. Let me know if you need any help at all.

Good luck!
Shaheen

The Wisdom of Our Dwelling Space

Our spaces are a reflection of the workings of our inner world. If your house is chaotic and disorganized it is a manifestation of something that is going on in your inner worlds. You may want to take notice of this. Often times this can be a very helpful way to pinpoint what is blocking you from successfully manifesting and feeling energized and whole.

Reflect on this. Take notice of the physical state of each room. What is that rooms purpose? Is your bedroom chaotic….is that a reflection of problems in your personal relationship? Is your kitchen very disorganized and in need for some cleaning…how are you feeling as a family unit?

You can move this to an even grander scale. Think of your house as a reflection of your life as a whole. The outside may reflect how you appear to the world…the inside reflecting your inner workings. Is your home in need of a paint job? Then maybe you should be thinking about your weight, your physical appearance, your self image as it pertains to the world.  Do you have major problems that you have been slapping temporary fixes on for far to long…how does that apply to your life and the way you treat yourself?

This is not meant to be a criticism, this is meant to be a way of spiritually and psychologically evaluating yourself so that you may clear away the worn out and debilitating and manifest with intention.

Spend time contemplating these questions. Go deep into each room and map out what is working in each space and what isn’t working. The wonderful thing about this method is that each step you take to physically improve the space, will also help to create a positive change mentally and spiritually.

Don’t forget to call on your spiritual guides for help with this because they are masters of bring us what we need when we need it. And be prepared because when you consciously work for change, change you will get. Sometimes change happens in ways we may not expect.

Spiritual Message:

Right now is a time of tension and pressure. People are feeling tested, overwhelmed and on edge. If you are starting to feel more stressed than usual, then take a day, an hour or at least a few minutes to be with yourself. You need time to renew and refresh.

The energy cycle we are in right now is one of preparation for what lies ahead in the next few months. As we move into spring intense manifestation will be taking place. You will start to see yourself in a different light, finding the ability and potential within yourself to attain your desires.

This period right now is instilling within you the knowledge that you are able to achieve whatever you wish to give your energy to.  As challenges begin to strip away old and worn-out thoughts, beliefs and feelings you will begin to have a stronger magnetism about you. So be strong because soon many of your goals and dreams will come to be.

Best Wishes,

Shaheen
