The Wolf Moon in Cancer January 5,6,7 2015
The Full Moon in January is called, The Wolf Moon. This full moon is in Cancer, which allows us to access our thoughts and emotions, and to channel this keen sensitivity into knowledge and insight. This is especially beneficial with relationships, and connections to key people in your life.
As the Wolf Moon is regarded as the time of letting go of the old, and embracing the new make some symbolic gestures of cleansing dust from the last year, and welcoming the blessing of this year in your life. This is also a powerful time to bless your home.
Do this by thoroughly cleaning your home. Washing the floors, walls and windows. Dust all the areas of the room, especially the hidden nooks and crannies. Get ride of things you no longer use. Donate or give them away.
Burn sage, fresh white candles, and place a bowl of sea salt in each room to absorb stray energy. Purchase a bouquet of desirable flowers and place them in the entrance of your home as a token of new life, success and vitality flowing into your home.
This is a good time to purchase something new for yourself as well! A nice picture, mirror or lamp. Something that adds to the atmosphere of your home.
The intense energy circulating around right now may be a bit overwhelming, but stay grounded and intentional with your efforts. Let go of the past year, and ground yourself in your 2015 goals.
To honor the Wolf Moon you can also take a moment of solitude. Light a white, or violet candle to honor the energies of the moon. Sit in meditation, and let it’s flame lull you into the in-between. You may light incense to set the moon, musk is an appropriate scent for this time. Focus on all the things you are releasing, and ask blessings for the New energy that is coming into you life.
Be particularly aware of any insight you are receiving at this time as your intuition is extra charged with the Full Moon, and the energy of Cancer. Take note of anything that comes to you… especially in dreams.
Be good to yourself!

We shift and create our own reality, telling our energetic story based on our thoughts, ideas, beliefs and fears. Sometimes we can’t always change the immediate situation. When it is particularly difficult, I remind myself that I am in control of my reaction to that experience.
I find that this bit of wisdom is most needed when we are in the middle of a change. We constantly ask the Universe for something new, whether it is in the area of love, money, health, family or spirituality… but when the change begins we start to feel as if we are falling a part. Chaos is the metaphorical goddess of change; bring with her the seed of something new.
There is no change without uncertainty. Remind yourself that manifesting and change go hand in hand, and that change by nature isn’t static. Learn to dance with change. Take Chaos by the hand and treat her to a slow dance or something a little more wild.
I want you to repeat daily:
“My life is shifting, growing and moving in the direction of my highest good. My mind and heart are open to the dance of change.”

On my last night at home before flying to Denver I decided to read my leaves. I am moving here for four months. As always the gypsy in me is excited by the prospect of new places. Though I am anxious, I know I lead a colorful life full of magical things. Sometimes I have to close my eyes, take a deep breath and be thankful for all the precious adventures I’ve had!
The house settled, the night cloaked me in peace and I enjoyed a wonderful cup of tea. Possibilities seemed to bloom in the bottom of my old deco style teacup. There was an exciting story, a facet of my adventure waiting to be revealed.
My cup was filled with all sorts of goodies, and appropriately enough everything seemed to be about moving forward and moving into a new direction. Since I was curious about Denver, this cup reflected things to come. (Typically the cup will speak in a temporal status that reflects your question or topic.)
Moving clockwise from the handle there is a little procession of shapes that have formed. There is a cat that sits at the very edge of the cup. There is a sea turtle. Next to that is a pipe. And a rose appears as a lesser symbol.
The sea turtle stood out to me instantly. Floating effortlessly amongst the pearly white of the cup, he seems to be at peace… letting things go and allowing the Universe to take its hold. The sea turtle is a creature that knows patience and perseverance. I know that this appears as a sign that things are now coming into fruition, dreams are unfolding. It could also be speaking of my trip to Denver being a pilgrimage in some way.
The cat stands with his back turned from me, peering off into the distance. It makes me wonder if this isn’t my very own black cat, Ali. I would interpret the sign of a cat as a familiar, a spirit that surrounds you to help protect and guide. Whenever I see a black cat I know that the Universe is speaking to me… letting me know that there is something significant happening.
The pipe is an odd symbol to me. First, I think of the peace pipe. Maybe this is a suggestion to me to make my peace, to say what I need to say, to be in the process of letting go. An important conversion may be taking place soon, something that I need time to think about. That goes into my second thought, clouds of smoke, which could symbolize confusion.
The rose, though small, indicates to me that there is an offering coming to me. This could be romantic, which would make sense with the foresight I already have. I believe that some of this is already happening…maybe that is the reason the rose appears smaller than the other symbols.
What a fascinating cup. My interest has been piqued! I’m excited to see what unfolds. It seems as though an offer is coming with love, which I will need to contemplate and really think about. But there is a sense of ease, and perseverance. The results will be divinely guided… smiled upon by fate!

Today is the day that the world will spiral off into oblivion! All of us are going to crash and burn into the sun, and become particles of dust, forgotten in the Universe! NOT!! As romantic as all that sounds, it’s all made up! The world may end at some point, but it isn’t today. In fact, today marks a new beginning.
So now that I’ve disappointed you, let me give my 2 cents on what is happening. This is a time of energetic shifts and fluxuations. We are ending one phase of being and moving into another. For many this will be like shedding their old, worn-out skin and finding a little wiggle room. For the more hardheaded this is going to be a difficult time.
In essence the Universe is under going a metamorphosis, and we are a part of this big, booming change. Fire may not fall from the sky, but a strong surge of energy will eventually permeate everything. For the ones that are riding the waves of change this will seem subtle.
Much like the Death card in the Tarot, this isn’t a true death; it’s more a transformation that leads to an awakening. This is much needed and we’ve been moving toward it for some time. For those of you “New Agers”, you will be able to attest to the fact that in the past 10-20 years spirituality and positive thinking have become more mainstream than ever before imaginable. You can buy Wayne Dyer at Wal-Mart folks! That’s huge.
In the past 5 years I have noticed my clientele has become more and more diverse with a larger number of men coming to visit without hesitation. People are feeling the pull to be aware of their deeper self, to tap into the subtle and ephemeral.
To sum up The End of the World in a nutshell… it goes like this….
What you believe about yourself, and the world and how it all works will be magnified. So get this, if you think that you’re a victim, everything is bad, and nothing ever works out for you… I’m sorry to say, but things are going to get worse. We are moving into prime-time manifestation, baby! If you have dreams, dream them big because doors are going to swing wide open!
With that being said, this may not happen over night, but the change will be noticeable. So be ready, be willing and be happy 🙂

It is the winter solstice, which means that there are wonderful energies to take advantage of! It last for the next 12 days, I believe, so you have time to plan for a few candles to be lit, etc.

I’ve wanted to do a video for awhile now and I have really had the urge to share a little bit about tea leaf reading. I know I did a video similar to this already, but I thought I would make another one to share a brief bit about tea leaf reading and to show the process and what you can expect.
So here I am doing a mini reading on myself… an actually session would be much more in-depth and detailed. If you have questions or comments about tea leaf reading or divination in general please post below… or if you would like a session please contact me.
