Universal spirit of love and light

Wrap your satin glow around me

In protection, power and grace

Give me the vision to see beyond

These walls that keep me bound

In this illusion of depletion and separation

Hush my ego self so that spirit may whisper to me

Working through my fragile shell to guide

Those who seek refuge in your light

Allow me to access with clarity

The wisdom, the healing and the knowledge

Of the all knowing, the I Am

So that our path in this earth-walk may be

A little easier, a little brighter

Let me bask in the love of the Universe

Grant me the courage and the power to see

The love and light within my spirit

Allow me to step beyond the veil

To the world where we have not forgotten our glory

Where time flows into one golden ring

And the answers I seek are found

And where the desires I have are made real

With the hand of celestial helpers guiding me

And the love of the guiding flames

Let me walk this path

In this moment, in each day

So shall it be

Come join me in Cincinnati, June 22 or at Potato Hill Farm, June 24 for an exciting workshop on communicating with your guides. You will learn how develop your unique language to communicate with Spirit. You will discover the names of some of your guides and you will learn how to discern intuitive guidance from wishful thinking and fear. You will also learn the difference between Angels and Spirit-Guides.

Monthly Tarot Card: The Star

The Star is one of the most brilliant cards in the Major Arcana of the tarot deck; It’s suck a powerful card and its one of my favorite. I know when this card shows up it’s a time of new energy and a time of new beginnings. Wishes are coming true and dreams are being fulfilled.

Looking at this card you often see a woman standing half in the water and half on the land, holding a cups pouring water on the ground and back into the ocean. She is often sky-clad and serene. She reminds us that we must walk the middle ground between worlds and it’s when we let down our guard, take of the layers and really step out into the unknown that we become filled up and whole.

When I see the star I instantly feel in touch with my spirit. She clears away the worn out and the heavy allowing only light to remain. I think that we are all trying to be in the light, the light of the stars and the moon. The spiritual light that has lived inside of us since the beginning shinning free… a forgotten lantern lit once again.

When you see the star you know that it is time to rest and just be at peace. There is nothing to be afraid of; there is nothing to bring you down. Even in the darkness you can find a soft and gentle glow. A guiding light will show you the way if you just look up and trust. The Star is asking you to surrender and trust.

I believe that The Star could easily be called the soul because she is the light that lives in all of us. She is the beautiful, pure and unchanged being that resides deep inside. When you look into the mirror, look past the years, the pain and the circumstance and see the gentle light, the windows to your soul, there lives the star.

Remember to always ask the guiding light of intuition to lead the way. Just close your eyes, shut out your fears and trust. The Star is about trusting the process, trusting your intuition and trusting Spirit. It’s through trusting the process that dreams come true!

Spiritual Message/ Update May 9, 2011

Dear Friends,

It’s a cool night out and the air is filled with uplifting energy. A sense of renewal hangs softly in the air, after this time of rain. So here I sit feeling inspired and happy to be drinking a warm up of green tea and writing you.

I pray that all of you are doing well; surrounded by beautiful blessings and healing energy. Remember to live life to the fullest… rock out in every moment!!

Updates:

  • Have you ever been interested in learning to use your intuition? I am holding a class called Accessing Intuition. In this class you will learn what intuition is, how it works and how to use it. We will be learning easy-to-use techniques and you will get to pick a “tool” to explore with (Tarot, Tea-Leaf, Pendulum, Cards).  There are two options for days and times. Either 2 hours Saturday May 28th and 2 hours Sunday May 29th or 4 hours on Saturday May 28th. I will let you decide which works best. Majority will rule. $75 for the weekend.
  • Reading for a day of whimsical fun learning to read tealeaves? Join me at The Gypsy Tea Party. You will get a personal reading, as well as join in a group tea party setting where you will learn to do your own personal tealeaf readings! Should be a blast! $50 for the day.
  • Don’t forget that this Saturday is Psychic Saturday (5/14). Sign up for a 15-minute many reading to get your answers in-between full readings. $15.

Spiritual Message

Memories are some of our most treasured things. We hold them close to our hearts. Some of us get caught in memories, others hide from memories and there are those who have lost memories. Regardless, memories are crystals that hold spiritual power… they are able to conjure up the past in seconds.

What have you been nostalgic about lately? Has it been a place from you past, a feeling you remember from long ago or someone whom you haven’t seen for years? There may be a message in all of this. Even if it’s a painful memory the importance of it is no less.

Memories are vehicles of change. As the old saying goes, “the past repeats itself.” So don’t allow yourself to fall in the trap of something limiting from the past, but also don’t forget that the good times shall come around again. It’s only a matter of time before you can be happy again.

Yes its true that you cannot turn back time. You may never get back to that exact time or place again, but you can always pull that feeling close to you and be with it for a moment. The truth is that there is no such thing as time, in our hearts and minds time doesn’t exist, it’s only our perception of it.

So here is to remembering. Allow yourself to be nostalgic and just be. Follow those memories and see where they lead. You may be surprised what you remember and how that will move you. There is something dramatic and spiritual about walking down memory lane.

Gypsy Summer

There has been a light so desperate to shine. Something strange and mystical has brought it out and now the lights wont go down. In the midst of something tragic we must hold onto our souls. I keep reminding myself that nothing last forever and to just enjoy the road.

The poet in my heart cannot wait to see the plane. I am so enthralled to be leaving for London soon. Something there is going to change my life and enrich my soul. It may be a place, a stranger I meet or something I do. I have no idea what it’s going to be

… but I know it will be pure magic. My mom always taught me to trust my spirit regardless of how crazy it may seem. So here I go getting in touch with my inner gypsy.

There are a few loose ends to tie up. A few details to square away, but I know it will all work out. Like all other things in my life, I’ve basically said to the universe, “Hey if you want me to go… make it happen! I’m ready.” And I know that’s exactly how it will go.  Nothing really has to be that hard, unless we let it.

Stevie Nicks new song “Italian Summer” really has me excited about London. It’s an epic ballad, about a summer love and all the changes that it inspired. I feel that London will be strangely similar. Maybe not a love affair with a person… but a love affair with my soul. That’s really all I care about now.

All I want in life is to be happy, to be free and to give my art to the world. My whole life I have felt that I needed to get away to recover something precious… maybe lost or just hidden. I know that I’ve been on the road to finding it for years now; maybe London will be the destination to this journey… or just another piece to the bigger picture. Who knows, I’m just ready to fly.

So here I am preparing to go. Trying to just live life. And everyday I remind myself that no matter what I must remain connected to my soul. In rain and shine… here or there…. It doesn’t matter as long as I know who I am in this story.

One day at a time I write a line to this epic story. Each character peculiar and exquisite. I have begun to find an appreciation for even the antagonist in life because they are the ones that remind us how powerful dreams and love can be. I would know nothing of myself if it weren’t for the challenges that have been thrown at me. I wouldn’t change anything because I love my story… so far.

Lets continue to be storytellers in this epic drama. I know that I am still finding my lines, sometimes I fumble over them and sometimes they just don’t feel right. But this is who I am. So once again I’ll step out on the stage and sing my song…

Spiritual Message/ Update April 23, 2011

Dear Friends,

The weather has been very interesting lately, as many of you know. It feels as if the earth is purging herself of negative energies and influences that have built up. I hope all of you are safe and sound and enjoying life.  Let me share a few things with you.

  • I will be doing a class on Intuition. There are two options for days and times. Either 2 hours Saturday May 28th and 2 hours Sunday May 29th or 4 hours on Saturday May 28th. I will let you decide which works best. Majority will rule. $75 for the weekend.
  • There are two specials that I will be running, but you may not combine them. 1.) If you schedule a reading from April 27th-May 4th you will get your reading for $35. So make your appointment fast before the spots fill up! 2.) If you buy 3 gift certificates you get one for free, from now until May 20th.
  • There will be a Gypsy Tea Party in June (probably the weekend of the 10th) a combination of fun, tealeaf reading and learning. You will get an individual tealeaf reading with me, plus you will join in a group to learn how to do your own readings. Should be a blast! If interested email or call.
  • Keep checking out my blog for fun and exciting things to read. You will find information about the tarot, intuition, spiritual messages and other exciting topics.   • Starting in May I will be doing Psychic Saturdays. The second Saturday of every month there will be 5 mini readings available. 15 minutes for $15. There are only five spots, so be sure to schedule ASAP. Great way to get any questions you may have answered in between full sessions.
  • And a big thanks to those of you whom I met at the Ladies Night Out in Covington, and to the familiar faces who came back!

Spiritual Message 

Remember that there is wisdom in letting go. Its time to let go of all the things that weigh you down and that no longer bring you joy. Far to often we hold onto things much longer than we need to. Once you have outgrown something you have to release it or you keep yourself from pulling into your awareness the next beautiful gift. 

I want you to look at the people, objects, feelings, beliefs and ideas that you are holding onto. Which one is worn out? Which ones have you totally outgrown? Which ones have begun to choke the life out of your new dreams, wishes and goals? 

Allow your awareness to go to the things in your life that act as black holes sucks, absorbing and totally eating away your enthusiasm and energy. Trust you intuition and know that often the first thing you go to is the right thing… start letting go there!

This message is so relevant right now. As I said before the Earth is purging itself of the old and worn out. Like her we must do the same. With the wind and the rain comes a sense of cleansing and renewal. Allow it to wash you clean. Allow the beautiful white light of the divine to enter your existence and bring healing.
