Hi Beautiful People!
The last few days have been absolutely magical. So many wonderful things have begun to come into being. I keep experiencing synchronicities right and left, and I feel so in alignment with the Universe. When things “click” like this it is surreal!
I had to stop for a moment and just take in all the good energy. While everything is expansive and in motion I have to be still. Grounded in this moment. Present in this experience. Being completely appreciative of everything that is happening around me.
Honestly… I feel drunk with gratitude! And really gratitude is the foundation of consciously manifesting. Gratitude is the heart of the law of attraction. If you aren’t grateful for what you’ve received in your life, then you’ve signaled to the Universe that you aren’t aware of the miracles in front of you.
It is so easy to get caught up in daily life. Lost in our heads, our jobs, or responsibilities. The chaos takes over. But gratitude doesn’t need big bells and whistles. Just a simple nod of thanks. A quiet smile. A little dance.
I decided I need to give myself space to be grateful daily. So I am challenging myself to a list of things I am grateful for each week.
I urge you to do the same!
This is the #RantGratitude Challenge!!
Join me! Rant what you’re grateful for. Each day, or once a week… Leave it in the comments.
Share something daily on Twitter.
Lets create one big vortex of awesome energy through giving thanks for the awesomeness of the Universe and our spirits.

Bells are ethereal. They vibrate deep in your body and enter your soul. Sound affects us on many levels, triggering mental and emotional responses. Because of this bells have been used for centuries as a way of signaling, time keeping and warning.
Bells have held sacred significance for many cultures. The Japanese use bells for ceremonies, bringing good luck and even communicating with a ancestors. Bells were believed to ward off the mischievous fairies. And, some say that bells rung in the house bring prosperity
Because of the vibratory nature of bells they are an extremely effective form of spiritual cleansing and protection. Bells can ward off negativity and unwanted visitors, this is the origin of the funeral toll. The vibrations from the bells will break up the negative and stagnant energy left hanging in the air. They move and jolt to life the stagnant and worn-out.
Simply chiming them in a rhythmic fashion will move the energy and lift the spirits. The louder the bells are rung, the more powerful the effect. The shamans drum and the Buddhist singing bowl can be used in a similar fashion.
Try ringing a bell a few times in a room that feels heavy or after a fight or conflict took place. If you are feeling clouded or fuzzy headed ringing a bell a few times around your aura. You can hang bells by the front door so that when someone enters or exits, the bells renew the energy in the area.
What’s your favorite spiritual cleansing ritual? Do you have any special techniques, or traditions?

I keep fiddling with a new deck of linen finish playing cards that I bought the other day. I have a fascination with cards in general and I’ve been wanting to buy a deck of regular playing card for a bit now. I like the idea of holding something in your hands that to most people seems so plain and ordinary, but actually has many, many secrets to tell.
This seminally ordinary deck of cards has kept me entertained for the past few days.I just sit here at the table shuffling, flipping, observing and shuffling again. In doing this simple ritual I have had a few “jumping” cards… and over and over again I seem to get the Ace of Diamonds. A wonderful card to get I might add.
The ace of diamonds is a card of new beginnings and new projects. Its a card that tell us we are on the path to success, prosperity and security. This card is often a sign from the universe that the things you have worked so hard to dream up, believe in and manifest are now coming true. Diamonds are beautiful stones created from heat, stress, pressure and time… often the very things we put into our goals. The ace of diamonds is the herald of good energy and new opportunity.
I love that this card keeps appearing in my life because its totally relevant. I am in the process of planning a trip to London for work… looking for housing and saving to pay for it. I am immersing myself in designing. And I have been seeing so many things growing and expanding with my readings and writing. Its powerful right now… the alignment of intention and manifestation.
I continually practice gratitude and faith in Spirit knowing that each thing shall fall into place and that I am deserving of the absolute best! I think that’s the Ace of Diamonds reminder to us, “The best is yours for the taking… just open the door and invite it in.”
