“Some smaller children see them during the daylight, even outside in the Sun. Others see them swirling in patterns, sometimes in different colors. Yet others see them only at night.”
Spirits, angels, and guides show themselves to us all the time. But we don’t always recognize their presence. Adults especially have a difficult time seeing spirit energies. But the New Kids are so wide open that they see these energies easily.
Parents usually report confusion and fear concerning their young children seeing such things. The kids are usually seeing “sparkles” and orbs at the age of three or four, and it lasts at least several years. They view the experience as normal, and may not say anything special about it, thinking that everyone sees them.
The phenomenon gets stronger, and by the time they are eleven or so, it is very common to them. Older children, can be ridiculed, accused of making up the whole thing, and shy away from sharing the experiences. I have known some children that run and jump to try and catch the sparkles.
It may seem like a strange anomaly. But seeing Sparkles, Orbs, and other Spirit Lights is as normal as can be. But I imagine having your child describe something to you that you have never seen would be difficult to understand – and believe. Let me assure you, that if your child is seeing something very special – and natural.
What Does This Energy Look Like?
Sparkles can be seen by people as small flecks of dust, iridescent particles, flashes of light, blinking clear lights and something called “static,” such as the static or fuzz you might see on the television when the station has gone off the air.
Many have said they see them better at night, in the dark. While others (especially, smaller children), see them during the daylight, even outside in the Sun. Others see them swirling in patterns, sometimes in different colors. These people occasionally see black or dark sparkles, but not very often. Sometimes they spin around and blend together. Usually, it is seen with eyes closed as well as open.
Have You Ever Seen Fuzz and Particles?
After going back into my own childhood, I realized I have always seen sparkles. However, I would not have called them that. To me it was more like hazy fuzz. If I could describe it now, I would say it was the substance that matter is made of. It looks like manifesting energy to me.
Just What Is This? Lifting of the Veils
Now that the veils are lifting from our awareness, and the energies are opening up to other dimensions; we are able to recognize things so much more. The separation between the earthly realm and the spiritual realm is beginning to open up and blend. The thing is that the Sparkles (or energy fields) have always been there: just as the aura around a person is always there, but many people cannot see it. Only after they have been instructed as to what it is, and how to see it, do they really recognize it.
The way I understand, the particles that present themselves like Sparkles, Orbs and Spirit Lights are very visible. But it is not distinguished by the brain. It seems to be part of another dimension and not something that we are accustomed to seeing, so it does not register in the brain as being real. Only after you understand that it could be a possibility can you begin to identify it.
Another way to think about it is the spirits of those who have passed away are always around us. But we might not be able to see them. Sometimes, you can see movement out of the corner of your eye. You turn your head, trying to see it physically and it disappears. It works the same way with Sparkles.
Some children believe the Sparkles are angel lights. That could be. Also, there is a new resurgence of a phenomenon called “orbs”. They are large, round balls (at least larger than the sparkles) that float around, usually at night. Quite often they show up in photographs. They seem to represent spirit energies or entities of one kind or another and like to be around nature.
So the thought that Sparkles could be angel lights makes sense. However, I am given the information that the Sparkles are an element of energy that is “arranged” by angels in a manner that we can appreciate, and possibly connect with. So they are not really the angels, but are sent by the angels.
We All Have the Ability to Experience Sparkles
If you close your eyes very tightly and rub them with your hands, then open them, you see sparks of light. This is a natural affect due to the pressure of pushing on the eyeball. But with energetic or spirited Sparkles it works the other way around. You must lose your focus, or not wanting to focus on anything.
It works better when you are in your bedroom at night after you turn off the light. I usually close my eyes as soon as the light goes out, because when I was a child, I could see these particles moving around, forming designs. It scared me so badly that I learned to close my eyes to keep from seeing it.
Here is a great experiment to try:
- After you get in the bed at night, turn out your light.
- Lay in your bed with your eyes open.
- After your eyes get accustomed to the darkness, everything will have a haze, or film covering it.
- You might even see it moving around.
Yes, you might even think you are going crazy! But believe me, you are not. The more you play with this concept, the more you will experience.
Yes, I see a beautiful pattern and they are sacred geometrical shapes. Very intricate and even the smallest pattern within the large pattern is geometrical. When looking at the design from a large viewpoint, I see bigger shapes made from the smaller shapes. – Eleven year old.
Here is a list of the way some kids see these energies:
Sparkles
Orbs or Bubbles
Spirit Lights
Dancing Lights
Fuzzy blobs
Glitter
Flowing Colors
Floating Energy
What if you don’t want to see them?
You and your child are always in control of the things you allow in your energy field. Ask your guardian angels and spiritual guides to help you with this. Tell them nicely that you don’t want to see the sparkles all the time. Then plan a special time that you could see them, only when you want to. Being empowered with this beautiful gift is important. After all, you are in charge of what you want to have around you. Also, if it just gets too much at a certain time (say, at bed time) ask the sparkle energies to stop showing themselves to you then. Be nice and polite, but firm.
In Conclusion
The purpose of this article is to give understanding that we all see things. Sometimes we don’t acknowledge them, or might ignore them. But our children are able to see many things and interact with them. It’s all fine. It is normal (not paranormal). Blessings.

Very occasionally infact yesterday Sept.20 I’m seeing slivers of very bright lights all around me about an inch or so roughly 20 moving in random directions but when I look around they do not change course they stay on a path and then after a few seconds they vanish. It happens maybe once or twice a year or every few years. My wife was in the hospital one time and she also saw them but she plays it off as floaters but I point out that we both saw them at the same time in a bright hospital ER room, she says floaters period. There not scary but fascinating have u ever heard of lights like that. They don’t flash very solid and bright only a few seconds. No headaches or medical conditions. Kinda puzzling or should I get checked out thanx…Steve Young….

A few years ago I was in a bar bathroom and there was glitter falling all around me. At first though I though someone had been a bit liberal with hair glitter but then I realised that it wasn’t settling on any surfaces. I have had coins falling out of nowhere at my feet for a long time now and I hear that this is also a sign of guardian angels but had never put the two things together. Last night as I lay in bed I saw a human sized blob of light which was pulsating. The light wasn’t like a cloud but a giant, swirling scribble! To top this off there have been a few unexplainable things happen to me over the last week. The radio would be on when I got home even though I knew 100% it was off when I left, I saw my youngest daughter enter another room only to realise she was in the same room as myself. I have a very strong impression of a woman in her late 20’s with a slight build and red brown hair.After reading your article I feel like I’m being quite urgently contacted. For a time I have tried to dispel paranormal thoughts due to the fear of lising my mind or inviting something unwanted into my home but I am ready to open myself up to possibilies.

I can easily take out my contacts, see Christmas lights are beautiful fuzz balls with the sacred geometric pattern within more tiny geometric patterns and they represent cells to me. I think molecular-geometric light show is everywhere but they are seen through the fuzziness watery eyes and will see them if you can unfocus for seconds but with natural 20\20 is hard to do. People with fuzzy vision can see the patterns very well. I found through this magnificent molecular beauty that life is light and water playing cells that dance in pattern.

Hey there so I’m gunna be honest I only started to notice these sparkles or how I thought of them were stars after I took 3g of mushrooms and notice them on my roof, and since then I can see them all the time, they move around like they are alive. But somthing else at night time that comes along with seeing these sparkles are the shadows, they start to move and then they eventually turn into shadow people, and even if I close my eyes I still see these shadow people. Do you know why I might be seeing these shadow people? they don’t scare me they just walk around, disappear and reappear.

My mum passed away last Tuesday and I was with her in our house, when laying in bed I saw a swirling like sparkly light of some red and some white by the door which moved across my bedroom,when I looked up to the ceiling there was a cloudy like face, is there some sort of explanation for this!

I just started to see these sparkles and I am 47. I see them during the day or in light when I try and see them. I see like fuzzy static in the dark. At times I can see a light or kind of a reflection on my hands. I am not sure what this is? Sometimes I think it’s energy but I am not sure. I know it is not floaters because I have a floater and it is very different. People look at me like I am crazy when I tell them that I see this. I wished I could do more with these things I see. Like maybe, know more of what it is that I am seeing.

Hello Mary Jo, Thank you for leaving a comment. Sometimes we just open to our gifts…age doesn’t really matter. You may have slipped into a new flow. Sometimes different experiences open us this way. Sometimes it is the moon. It could be for all different reasons. I cannot tell you exactly what they are in your case, but it is definitely some type of energy. Over the past 4 years I have become more obsessed with the stars and moon just mesmerized like im leaving the ground floating…then i have started experiencing flashes of light on my bedroom in the dark. As if i had a jar of lightening bugs and they got out. I’m pulled towards candle light and a veil is present at night i exit the bathroom and feel like i need to walk around a person in the hallway and there’s no one standing there. Head down saying excuse me in my thoughts. Gift? Im not sure I do know it doesn’t scare me. I feel openly calm no fear whatsoever.

It makes me angry that people call this a physical problem with the eyes. I feel no pain when I let my eyes defocus and the lights are absolutely beautiful. They are tiny and they fly around literally everywhere and even in the dark I can see them but it looks more like a bunch of swirls and I do see the shapes only when my eyes are closed. I know this wasn’t a problem…

I experienced it twice, one at home when I was around 30s, and another one just recently at broad daylight and I’m already 49. I saw it right in front of me and the color was yellowish. It was a nice experience like you saw a fairy like sparkles. What would it be? Id like to think they are my angels.

Thats a beautiful experience. Thank you sharing it with me. When you see a sparkle/light it is usually an angel, or a spirit guide… maybe even someone who’s passed. Sometimes talking out loud to them will help you communicate, or sending a silent message of hello.

Hi there! My two year old daughter claims seeing sparkles at night and early morning mostly. The first experience was pretty frightening for her so much so that neither her, me, or my husband slept much that night. And not knowing what “it” was as she first called it, then “buzz buzz” then “sparkles” just knowing “it” was terrifying to her, we saved the house. A few days later she still sees “sparkles” but she is only somewhat afraid still. Please help asap!

Hello Whitney, Thank you for sharing your daughters experience. It sounds like what your daughter is seeing is nothing ominous. Usually those things will appear as shadowy, sluggish sort of things. What she is seeing are angels and guides who are visiting her. Especially at her age they are trying to work with her, befriend her! You cannot really explain to her what they are at this point, but you can try. But something I suggest is asking her guides to come to her in a way that doesn’t frighten her. Is there anyone in spirit who might be coming to visit? A grandmother maybe?

I have a few relatives that have passed on but I had a very close relationship with my grandpa. Possibly him. He was very fun to me when I was very young, always singing silly songs and dancing, whatever to see me smile and laugh. My daughter would have loved him! Next time she sees “sparkles” I suppose I ask to please not frighten her?

It sounds very possible that it would be him. I remember my grandpa used to come see me. Though I could see him in his full form. But it did frighten me. And my grandmother told me to tell him to stop. And he did. So yes, talk to the sparkles when she sees them. Tell her there is nothing to be frightened of… That is very important and ask them to find a better way to visit. Also, I find that children love crystals. You could make her a crystal kit that she can keep with her. On a shelf or under her pillow. You would need to make sure she can’t get to them as they might be a choking hazard.

On Sunday I didn’t attend church but I took a drive to the waterfront and I was talking to god venting my feelings. As I was talking I notice a black bird then I blinked and a white bird appear and my eyes saw sparkles.

Thanks so much! Last question. The first night this all started she acted like something was trying to get to her or touch her. She would move and hide behind us and sort of use her hands to get something off of her if you could imagine having ants all over you, how you would act. Would sparkles get so close to her that theu would be on her or try to touch her?

The simple answer would be yes… They could. It reminds me of fairy photos where they are flying all around. But I cannot say for sure in your situation. I would have to look into it more and see what energies are around her, and your family. If you want we can set up a session and talk about about it more in depth and see what comes up.

I have very recently begun seeing these ‘sparkles’ or what appear to be tiny particles of light, fuzzy, static…they are everywhere I look! Also, these ‘light particles’ seem to form paterns and swirls. Occasionally, They form, what I can describe as wings; flapping & flying. I guess like white butterflies…or possibly a white bird taking flight. I used to see such things as a child, the most vivid one being a formation of tiny white flying creatures, like butterflies or moths. I watched them slowly flying past me. I don’t recall being scared, strange, considering I was (& am) terrified of my own shadow most of the time.

Oh, and occasionally, I also see black shapes – just circular blobs of black (like a solar eclipse-type-shape). Generally, I find the whole experience to be beautiful am not at all scared of these fuzzy lights…which is a miracle in itself! I have much fear inside me, which I have been working on. I’ve also been experiencing some sort of crazy, mad life changes since my daughter was born in 2012. I feel like my body is buzzing with energy or something lately too – since I found my flow with present-moment-awareness. I was an atheist until a couple of years ago; I felt all spiritualism was nonsense! But now I feel this change is happening within and without. Something strange is going on…

Charlotte, Thank you for sharing your story. These accounts of people seeing sparkles, lights, etc… Are so fascinating. And I personally have so many stories I could tell. It sounds like you are opening up psychically… And after having a child this can be extremely intensified. It would benefit you to learn more about working with this ability so that you have more control and can find ways to make it purposeful. It sounds like you are seeing guides, loved ones, and the manifestation of stray energies floating through the psychic atmosphere. Thank you for your reply & please forgive my late response. I read your reply last week, but felt too zapped to write back. I have been suffering the most unbearable nausea/pain in my stomach/chest area (nothing medically wrong, apparently!!) and other issues with anxiety. The ‘sparkly’ incidents have increased and sometimes I feel that maybe I am going crazy!! I am sure that some of these sparkles are in my eyes (white blood cells?) and the ‘black blobs’ defo have to be ‘blind spots’ or something. However, the rest of these sparkles have ‘depth’. I can tell they are not in my eyes; they are all around me, like soft, sparkly, static. I see this best at night, though can now see it during the day too.
A couple of days ago, I saw the clearest spark/dot of bright white light yet, above my daughter’s head. This gives me great comfort, and I told her she has an angel protecting her (though I am aware how crazy this sounds!). I am a philosophy graduate, and felt very proud of my cool rational response to life…until now! But I cannot deny that many strange things have been happening to me of late.
I am just having a look at your website, and deciding which private session to go for. It will have to be long-distance as I am in the UK!

Hello. Sparkles tend to be the manifestation of guides, spirits or just stray energies moving around the atmosphere. Since you are having physical sensation along with visual manifestations I would have a medical check-up… just to be be safe. As for being a “wiccan” that would be a chosen religious path, not something one is born as. Shaheen

When I was about five I used to see multi-colored spinning orbs made of many facets, spinning very slowly in my room at night. I was not dreaming. One came close to me and I trapped it with my pillow, when I looked under it was squirming – I got scared and went back to sleep.

I am currently 29 years old and can very vividly remember seeing some of what is being talked about on this forum as a young child and always being amazed. When I was 4 years old my twin brother, 6 year old brother, and I would lay down in bed (we all shared the same mattress) and stare at these light paterns together. We had no idea what they were, but could all seen them at the same time. They were thousands of multi colored dots swirling about the entire room in a very geometric grid like patern. Movements that were deliberate and flowed like the ocean waves swirling about. The three of us would be eagerly peaking out at these shapes from behind our blankets with just our eyes showing. Then after quite some time, and multiple nights of these occurrences it became amazing and fun. We would lay in bed for hours with our hands up trying to touch these lights. They would swirl around the room and our arms so beautifully. It was some of my best memories as a child. These could not be a medical condition or else we all wouldn’t have been seeing them together. None of us ever really talked to people about it since it seems to crazy and unbelievable. But here I am 25 years later researching these dots because I caught my 4 year old daughter sitting up in bed with her hands up half an hour after I put her to sleep. I asked her what she was doing, and she said that she is playing with the lights that are like snowflakes falling all around her in the room. She asked me if they are bad. I teared up a bit and said that they are precious. And that I have no idea what they are, but that I believe her. And that they are nice. She is still playing with them in her room as I type this.

Growing up I would see spirits but stopped as I got older. I can’t write my entire experience but one night the room felt heavy and although it was night, the room turned pitchy black. I felt a bad energy. I began to pray to God and say that God is my savior & he will protect me. The room was pitch back and I closed my eyes praying over and over. Then suddenly it felt peaceful. I opened my eyes and it was the first time I experience what I can only describe as bright pixi dust that lit up the room. My room was so peaceful like I’d never felt before.

Does the color of sparkle mean anything? I’ve been seeing red sparkles. Almost like a small flash of laser pointer, but so small it almost looks like a piece of glitter but even though it has been small I can still tell it’s a light and not glitter, because it will be in mid air and then disappear. And I usually see it around my children.

Color and meaning can very from person to person. You could look up the meaning for the color red and see if anything resonates with you.

I’m 29 and I’ve seen two different ones!!! One is black and the other one is white. Crazy part about it, once I see one of them seconds later something touch a part of my body…has this ever happened to anyone? Often times sparkles or lights can be manifestations of guides, or just energy floating through the atmosphere. I often see people’s thoughts leave their heads as bubbles of color.

My daughter is 13 and has seen sparkles and “fairy” lights since she could speak. The lights and orbs have started to manifest to other visions. She saw my grandmother over my bed, with “fairy” lights while I was sleeping – she never met my grandmother. She has seen our family dog, who we had to put down 2 years ago. She insisted on being with him as we put him down. She said that he shouldn’t be alone when he dies because he would be scared without his family with him. He now comes to visit her at night and is always surround by bright lights and shiny fur. My mother -in-law passed away a year ago, and she now “sees” her at night. She tells me that they are not dreams and that she is awake during all these “visits.” She is in a deep sleep and is woken up by bright lights, like a car’s headlights. The dog and her grandparents always seem happy or have a smile on their face. She never hears voices, but the visions really scare her.

I see them here and there through my life time… Just the other day when I opened my shower curtain. I’m 33 and pregnant but of the top I just said it’s angels of some sort 🤷🏽♀️. I actually love when I see them and it leaves me thinking about em for don’t time

Hey, so I’m not so sure if it’s why my aunt die but I wasn’t there when she died but I did visit her and saw her in her bed sleeping and I think years later I saw sparkling things or colors in the sky at dark I thought it was normal and for some reason I have a last longing memory that I could remember in the past when at six yrs old but not a lot of memory. And some times I would stare at the dark for so long that my whole room became so dark and then I blink and was light again. At school I would stare at something and then look at my friend face but I can’t see her face cause it was so dark and then the black dots starts to slowly disappear. In 4th grade I had a bad migraine and they gave me medication to take but they did not work After a long time I stop seeing the sparkles things but at night or dark sometimes it appears. Fast forwarded to 7th grade grade I would sometime so energy or sparkles around me in the sun and sometimes i would try to reach for it but it goes around my hand it doesn’t go into my hand. And in class I stared at the white board for so long that the whole classroom became white. And right now am sitting in the chair looking up in the sky and sparkles things came up I thought It was so fun and I think am more connected to nature. I told my dad he said am hallucinating but I don’t know if I am. And for some reason I felt a pinch on my arm i dont know what it was. I thought everyone could see what I could see but no not everyone one could it’s a gift and sj8 should be lucky to have that gift so I appreciate the angel that gave me that gift and made me more connected to nature. I have recently started seeing the sparkles but I am also seeing a blue light quite a lot I am 50 and have been opening myself up more what is the blue light I feel comfort from it my son and my fiancee passed suddenly 4 years apart and I have been trying to connect with my.guardian angel

We have called upon the Angel’s, Kali and other divine sources to bless us, our home and our endeavors. In doing so, I sparked a new relationship with another conscious being. When he and I are together- we both have witnessed a bright flash of light multiple times – EVERY time we are together- in bed, in my room around 9pmish. Can you please share your input on why and what the angles may be conveying? I appreciate your time and input. Namaste

Hello. I do not have an explanation for your experience. If it doesn’t feel ominous to you then I would say it is the manifestation of a guide or other divine helper… or the interconnectedness of your energies when you are physically together. My only advice would be to only call on divine beings that you have a personal connection with and a working knowledge.

I’m so happy to have come across this page. All my life I thought there was something wrong me.
I was about 4 years old when I woke up to seeing small orbs spinning in circles. My mom had a Buddha shrine on the upper corner wall close to the ceiling. She had a poster with a Buddha meditating on a pink lotus flower, sitting in front of a tree, with a big sunrise/sunset right behind it. I would wake up to see these small white glowy orbs. There were about 5-6 of them, the size of a marshmallow, spread an inch apart forming a circle right around the Buddha’s head. It would spin around the big sunset/sunrise to the RIGHT really fast. I would close my eyes tightly hoping it go away, pulling the blanket over my head. I opened my eyes, orbs paused then spinning LEFT really fast in a circular motion.
I’m 37 now. I would think about those orbs time to time growing up. I’ve always thought.. why me? Why am I so weird? I’ve always been fascinated with the higher spiritual and angels. As I hit 33, I’m constantly seeing 333’s, 222’s, 111’s, 444’s. A lot has happened to me growing up. I’m constantly soul searching, trying to figure out who I am. I battled a lot of depression in my 20’s. I’ve always felt spirits around me.
I’m always looking for truth and answers. I’m so happy to have stumbled upon your page.

I didn’t mean to say to the outside world I meant to say to the spiritual world and everybody can’t see them but my Mom can I guess she went through the same exact things I’m going through and she still goes through it but my mom is a minister and a prayer warrior. As I’m writing this I can fee them hovering around me and can see them how should I handle this

Hi i’m Lilly and i’m 14 years old. Just today i was home alone sitting in front of a glass door letting the sun hit me. I’ve been doing research on fairy’s, angels, and spirit guides for a long time now and as i was sitting i sent them a little prayer asking if i could see them in the physical form. I sat there with me eyes closed and my arms and legs crossed. All a sudden i got a feeling. It was very strange but it felt a pressure on my arms and legs so i uncrossed them both. All my thoughts just disappeared and its hard to explain how i felt. My whole body and mind was relaxed. Then every time i blinked tears came out of my eyes. I was crying but for some reason i didn’t move and i just kept looking up at a window that was in front of me. I then started seeing these white, glowing, sparkles fly around each other in the window as tears were just poured down my face. The sun wasn’t in my face or eyes at all so i don’t know why i was crying. Anyways i just stared at them for awhile and then put out my hand. The sparkles went from my window on to my hand. They were all over and it just amazed me and i started to smile. It was a crazy experience but no one believes me. I have no one to talk to about this. I also don’t know if it was fairy’s or something else and i don’t know why i was crying. Please, please, please let me know any thoughts you have about this.

My daughter is 3 and seeing sparkles many different colours the Blue one she refers to is not friendly and scares her alot and she woke with a scratch one morning and started he came in her bed and did it. They travel out of her room through the house
They tend to wake her mostly through the hours of 1am to 5 am. She is scared and asks them to leave but no luck she cannot sleep from fear
Do you have suggestions to help her/guide her? -
I am 61 years old and I have started seeing colorful spiral object at night in my bedroom. There my be one or two in my room. As I wake up the object moves so close to my face. I reach for it, my hand glides through the object. The Object my crumble to peices or just fade away. They are so Beautiful. What do you think this is? Dardermissy@gmail.com

Hi, uh I’m not very familiar with all of this stuff… I was looking at the full moon earlier and I felt myself drawn to it. I then had trouble sleeping so I decided to mediate in my bedroom. Mind you it’s 4:30 in the morning. I then opened my eyes and began to see a swirling light and a face slowly illuminated. It was a mixture of a tiger and a human to me but strangely it didn’t look strange. Am I going crazy or is this normal??

I Have always seen spirits and always have been very sensitive to the outside world but after I moved into this house months ago I first would see like the door moving back and forth then I started seeing like energy moving around it would even touch my kids and myself even move the blanket slowly or just float really close to me so I decided to get my phone turn my flash on and take pictures all around me then I would look at the pictures and zoom in closer once I zoom in closer I see these spirits everywhere and the longer I look the more visible it gets I used to be so scared that I would sleep with the lights on if I slept at all now it’s like a normal thing for me sometimes I’ll take pictures and zoom in because I’m so curious to know more please help me and tell me what’s going on I have burned sage had my Pastor come pray over my house with anointing oil and nothing has worked but there constantly there and I can see them on the curtains my doors the walls and basically everything like the spirits attach to any and everything what is this and what should I do

I found this site whilst having difficulties searching the web trying to find an answer.
I certainly wouldn’t class myself as spiritual but always open to learning new things.
I was in my bedroom, late afternoon and laid on my bed, when I looked up the room was absolutely full of golden lines of light, criss crossing each other but lots of them kind of sparkly. I laid there not moving, looking at them until it got dark and I couldn’t see any thing.
I like to have answers for everything but couldn’t find an explanation for sparkly golden threads of light up high above me in my room.. this hasn’t happened since.
If anyone has ever seen this previously I would love to know.

When my dad passed away dec 2018 on that night I was in bed and I could see swirls of green with what looked like faces then swirls of yellow kind of misty then as that passed I could see a shape of an angel it was such a comfort I was not scared at all. I do believe my dad was going to heaven and at times even now I still see swirls of light and I’m wondering could it be my dad

the other day i woke to see blue and white sparkles manifest by my bedroom door then swirl to my window i must admit i was scared ran out of the bedroom i have also seen this in black as well i wondered what going on

Hi! My name is Catalina and I’m fourteen. I’ve been seeing sparkles all my life and at first when I was little I liked them a lot but when I grew up they were so strong in the dark that they wouldn’t let me sleep. I could close my eyes and still see them, they are in a parten of different colors, they change its colors and mostly at the beginning they have a square shape but then it becomes other shapes. This happens while they come closer and closer and closer to me until they pop or explode is like fire works. In my case if I say any color I can see this sparkles in that color until the end when they pop or explode I only see purple. It’s like circles spinning all over again coming near me when they explode. I have always wondered what are they, all my life I have come sometimes to doctors and I don’t have anything wrong with my eyes. I believe this sparkles are like energy but I’m not sure if I’m the only one who can see this type of sparkles.

Hey I have been seeing sparkles of light and orbs for a while now. It’s normally when I feel most joyful and happy I’ll see sparkles. Then when I’m unsure or I don’t feel right about a person or situation I’ll sometimes see orbs.

Hi! I had very similar experiences as a child. At night while laying in the dark I would see tiny rainbow light that would dance into different shapes and patterns. The only thing I find odd is that if I was to think of a specific shape or design, like a unicorn for example, the lights would appear in that shape. I was just wondering if that could be the same thing or if it was something different.
